bootcamp in the Charlotte area. SHRED is a comprehensive
physical conditioning program for men and women, that combines the expertise and benefits of one-on-one personal fitness training
with the camaraderie and motivation of working in a group with others just like you. The camp involves:
speed, agility, plyometrics, strength, balance, running, and a whole lot of sweat. This
coupled with a quick pace and heart pounding intensity is sure to rid the body of toxins and those unwanted holiday pounds.. This camp is intended for the intermediate to advanced cardio
candidate... beginners may attend at their own risk
and pending doctors release or authorization. Camps will normally
last 1 1/2 - 2 hours... followed by a healthy catered post
workout meal and a fitness Q and A session.
